By accessing the website and registering for events hosted by Land to Innovate (including the Youth AI Startup Pitch), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
Registration fees (e.g., the $99 participation fee for YAS Pitch) and any other charges are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales and registration fees are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Land to Innovate.
Participants retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the ideas, software, pitch decks, and business concepts they submit during our programs. Land to Innovate does not take equity or ownership. However, by participating in our public events, you grant Land to Innovate the right to use your team name, project summary, and relevant media (photos/videos from the event) for promotional purposes.
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior at our events (physical or virtual) will result in immediate removal without a refund.
